# Troubleshooting and support

> Find the next action for common account and community problems.

## I cannot find a project

Confirm that you are signed in to the owner account and that the project has not been deleted. A visitor's website account cannot access the Feedback Loop workspace. Open Projects and select the intended project again.

## Visitors can read but cannot post or vote

Reading is public; participation requires sign-in. Check **Settings → Community sign-in**. If website sign-in is paused, restore Pro or explicitly switch to Feedback Loop accounts. After signing in, visitors need to repeat the vote or submission action.

## Website sign-in fails or uses the wrong account

Confirm that the saved endpoint matches your deployed HTTPS integration URL and that the server key is active. Verify the current website session on the backend. Implement account switching and logout hooks so previous identities are revoked. See [website sign-in](/sign-in/website) and its [reference](/sign-in/reference).

## My domain is not connected

Use the [domain troubleshooting guide](/domains/troubleshooting), then Check again in Manage domain. Continue sharing your Feedback Loop link while DNS and HTTPS are pending.

## I cannot see a release note

Check the project and publication status. Drafts and unpublished notes are not public. Wait for the editor to save, publish the note and open the public release page. [Release-note guide](/community/release-notes).

## Pro has not appeared after checkout

Return to **Settings → Billing** and refresh the billing state. Do not start repeated checkouts while a previous result is uncertain. [Billing guide](/account/billing).

## Contact support

Email [hello@feedbackloop.page](mailto:hello@feedbackloop.page) with the task you were trying to complete, the visible error, your browser, and a public page or hostname when relevant. A screenshot of the error can help if it does not contain private information. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, cookies, server keys or payment-card details.
