Bring customer feedback into your AI conversations. Review requests, find themes, prepare replies and draft release notes using the projects you choose to share.

Connect your app

Follow the setup guide for ChatGPT or Claude. Other OAuth-capable MCP clients can use this server URL:
Sign in with your Feedback Loop owner account, review the app name and select the projects it needs. Choose access separately for each project: Unselected projects remain unavailable. You can give one project Read access and another Manage access in the same connection.
Read includes private release drafts. Manage permits public changes. Connect only apps you trust and specify which actions you want them to take.

Choose projects and access levels in Feedback Loop. This example connection uses a browser MCP client.

Try a request

  • “Review recent feedback for My Project and link the requests behind each theme.”
  • “Draft release notes for these changes and leave them unpublished.”
  • “Draft a reply to this request for me to review.”
With Read access, ask for drafts in chat. With Manage, explicitly ask the app to save a draft, post a reply or publish a reviewed release when you want that change. Ask for source links and the range reviewed when prioritizing feedback; a partial review may miss older requests or replies. Connecting MCP makes tools available. It does not automatically install skills or set up workflows. For repository work in Codex or Claude Code, the optional Feedback Loop plugin contains five shared skills and its own setup README.

Review or disconnect access

Open account Settings → AI Agents / MCP in Feedback Loop to review connected apps, their projects and access levels. Disconnect revokes the entire approved connection, including all its selected projects. Other independently approved connections remain active. To change projects or access levels, disconnect and reconnect from your app, then approve the new selection.

Review approved projects or disconnect the entire connection. An example browser MCP connection is shown.

If your app reports lost access, check that its connection still exists and the intended project is selected. If a write times out, check the discussion or release list before trying again: content may have been saved even when the response was lost.
